Joint Advisory Committee – Environment & Agriculture

The Joint Advisory Committees will advise both State Representative Hirschauer (49th) and State Senator Villa (25th). The purpose of the advisory committees is to listen to the voices of our districts and ensure effective representation.The Environment & Agriculture Advisory Committee meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 7pm.

For the June meeting, we will be discussing water resources and the northern Illinois aquifer, as this came up in meeting discussions earlier this year. We look forward to having Northeastern Illinois water supply issues expert  Daniel Abrams from Illinois State Water Survey join us.
